Nimblu exclusively offers Managed Hosting. This means that Nimblu handles the proper functioning of your servers and infrastructure while you focus on your business. To ensure this, Advanced Management is automatically included in every hosting solution.

With Nimblu’s Advanced Management, you benefit from the following Managed Hosting services:

  • Guaranteed response time: 90 minutes, in acc. with the agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Hardware replacement & remote hands (following notification): 24/7/6
  • 24/7 support and  fault processing from competent Managed Hosting specialists in Germany
  • Dedicated contact partners in service and sales
  • Monitoring of the services provided and supported  by Nimblu (including  proactive troubleshooting)
  • Proactive notification of available security updates
  • Full administration rights for Nimblu and the customer

AppStack packages

Upon request, the hosting specialists at Nimblu will gladly take over the operation of your desired applications. You can determine the scope yourself – right up to complete management.

We offer the following AppStack packages:

  • Databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Galera etc.)
  • Clusters (DRBD, Windows etc.)
  • Dedicated cloud setups (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)

Want a higher service level?

We’re happy to tell you about the full management of your solution by Nimblu. This option offers the following additional services:

  • Complete 24/7 administration by Nimblu, which includes operation, monitoring, fault elimination and maintenance
  • Regular proactive installation of tested and approved updates
  • All administration rights assumed by Nimblu

Support tariffs

Your personal account manager is available on the telephone, Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. The Nimblu service desk can also be reached 24/7 via the ticket system.

Two 15-minute work units per month are automatically added to each Nimblu Managed Hosting setup to give you a high standard of support.

Need more support? Additional support tariffs (4, 8 or 16 work units) can be selected for an additional cost. Any unused work units expire at the end of each month.
